IN THE BLUE MOUNTAIN HALL
Every summer season from May to October we have yoga classes in the Blue Mountain Hall.
These classes are announced in the section under when ready.
The yoga practice we share is inspired by vinyasa style breath movement, as well as classical yoga tools with yoga positions, breathing techniques, and relaxation. The classes are suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. We often include sound and tones from the gong in the end of class, or just silence from nature.

Classes and teachers

Frank & Johanne Bjennmyr Melkevoll teach most of these classes and they both add from their various experiences in yoga and other holistic modalities. Both Frank and Johanne have explored the tools of yoga and holistic modalities for a long time; since the early 2000 and 2010.
From time to time we have guest teachers visiting us who hold the yoga class. -
Our classes are based in classical yoga and vinyasa yoga. With breath and movement we open up the body and strengthen our focus and presence.
We combine dynamic and soft practices, and end the class with guided relaxation, with music or sound from the gongs and crystal instrument. -
Some of the classes are held by local guest teachers, and they are announced in our schedule.
